Every price you see is the price of free shipping.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Usually, it takes 7-14 days by air and delivery, and 30-50 days by sea and delivery, depending on your city.

What delivery providers do you use?

FedEx, UPS, DHL, TNT, UPS, DPD, GLS and major delivery companies in your country.

How will I know my order has shipped?

You will receive a confirmation email of shipping with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Why does the website not support my country during checkout?

For some countries or regions, you will have to contact us to get a quote for the total cost.

What addresses cannot be delivered?

Remote cities (Executed in accordance with DHL/FedEx standards), islands, overseas territories, military address and P.O. Box addresses.

If your address is above, you will need to arrange local pickup in your country or another city in the European Union, alternatively you can have it shipped by a local freight forwarder and pay for it yourself.

Do customers need to pay customs fees for international shipping?

International shipments are not subject to import duties, taxes, shipping charges and operating expenses.

Can you give me a quote for a trade order?

Yes, if you are an import company, we will provide you with a quote for all trade terms. Prices include FOB, EXW, CIF, DDP, etc., according to your requirements.
