We are able to ship to the majority of countries that have a well-established transportation system. We also can ship to some of the smaller countries, especially for sea orders. We recommend reaching out for confirmation before placing your order.
The United States does not include Alaska and Hawaii. In addition, remote cities, islands, overseas territories, military addresses and P.O. Box addresses in all countries are excluded.

If your address is above, you will need to arrange local pickup in your country or another city in the European Union, alternatively you can have it shipped by a local freight forwarder and pay for it yourself.

In general, your air order will be dispatched from either a warehouse in China or a nearby local warehouse, if one is accessible. As for sea orders, they will either be shipped directly from factory warehouses or combined at customs warehouses to ship together.

Sinoglow does not believe in hidden charges. Every price you see on our website is what you’ll pay. The prices cover all of the costs in the whole transportation, customs duty and warehouse handle. No customers need to pay any fees.
Usually all air/sea orders are consolidated and shipped to the destination by air/sea, and local courier delivery and trucking are arranged.
