Return Policy

1. We take responsibility for any defective products and for items that differ significantly from the depicted and received ones.

2. If you have chosen the wrong or do not like the item, we allow a return once we have received relevant information. To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unopened and/or unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges incurred on returned.

3. The following orders are non-refundable.
a. Special offer orders.
b. Customized orders.
c. Sea orders (Wholesale).

Prior to returning your items, please always contact customer service at support@sinoglow.com first, and let us know your issue and your order number, describe the issue and provide us with a few pictures that displays the problem.
